No. These pages cover the 35 largest US and Canadian metros we serve, but we work remotely with agencies and local businesses anywhere in the United States and Canada. Every engagement runs on the same process — video scope call, written plan, async updates — wherever you are.
What hours does a full-time GoHighLevel VA work in my timezone?
Full-time VAs work 9am–5pm US Central, Monday to Friday. That is 10am–6pm Eastern, 8am–4pm Mountain, 7am–3pm Pacific, and 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm in Arizona depending on the season. Hourly engagements can be scheduled around your own business hours.
Is pricing different in Canada?
No. VA plans ($20+/hr, $600/mo part-time, $997/mo full-time) and website packages are priced the same in every location, in USD. What changes by location is the compliance setup — CASL in Canada versus TCPA and A2P 10DLC in the US — and any regional rules like Quebec's French-language requirements.
